Low Fat Dip Ingredients:
fat free organic Greek yogurt
bunch of chopped cilantro
can of black beans
dash of balsamic vinegar
cayenne pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy. Place out with a variety of healthy dipping foods, like veggie chips, pretzels or fresh veggies. Or, make your own home made tortilla chips! (recipe follows)
Homemade Tortilla Chips Ingredients:
organic corn tortillas
Any other herb/spice you can think of!
Cut tortillas into sixths, and spread out on a cookie sheet sprayed with organic cooking spray. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 6 minutes, then flip. Lightly spray the other side with cooking spray and sprinkle with your favorite dried spices. Bake that side for 6 more minutes. Cool and serve.
